I pruned the two rose bushes in front of my house yesterday towards sunset. It was so peaceful & relaxing at first but then it was a little intense as there was a lot of pruning that needed to be done. I wore gloves but I still got scratched on my arms from inevitably rubbing against the thorns in the process.

I cut the blooming stems as well and made a bouquet. I love the country look of this arrangement I made, especially the way the purple flowers compliment the roses. The little purple flowers were weaved within a greenery bush and I was confused at first as to what they were but they are pretty little wildflowers.
