God deserves our trust.

They received help against these enemies because they cried out to God in battle, and the Hagrites and all their allies were handed over to them. He was receptive to their prayer because they trusted in him. 1 Chronicles 5:20

We often rob ourselves of the help we desperately need because we don’t cry out to God in the midst of the battle. The verse above says that He was receptive to their cry because of their trust. God honors trust. He also deserves it. The enemy wants us to doubt God because he knows that trust is our greatest weapon against him. We all have our own battles, be it the battle against the forces of darkness or the battle against ourselves. We can never be victorious on our own but God is willing to fight for us. Let’s take a moment to trust Him with our battle today. God is so worthy of our trust!
