God remembers you.

He remembered us in our humiliation His faithful love endures forever. Psalm 136:23

When the burdens of life have you bowed low and you feel forgotten, you aren’t. When the grief that washes over you cannot be explained to anyone, you are seen. When it hurts to trust again because you have been wounded repeatedly, try trusting in God. When life looks like a forsaken cemetery, look above. When the giants in front of you never cease to taunt, know that God is greater. When the residues of trauma darken your soul, know that He cares. God remembers us, especially when we feel most humiliated. By circumstances, by people, by emotions. Take a moment to be still today because even though nothing good lasts, God’s faithful love endures forever.
